Selling Fees
Upon the sale of your item, Bazaar Middle East FZE LLC duly collects the total amount remitted by the buyer, encompassing the item price as well as any applicable charges for delivery, gift wrap, or other related expenses.
Referral fees
Sellers are obligated to remit a referral fee for each item sold, with certain categories imposing a minimum referral fee per item as specified herein. The referral fee or per-item minimum referral fee, whichever is greater, is to be paid by sellers. Bazaar Middle East FZE LLC deducts the applicable percentage of the referral fee from the total sales price, excluding any taxes calculated through Bazaar Middle East FZE LLC tax calculation services. The total sales price comprises the buyer’s payment, encompassing the item price and any charges related to delivery or gift-wrapping.

Refund administration fee
In the event that a customer requests a refund due to reasons such as a wrong product, fake product, damaged product, or any other legitimate reason, the seller shall bear the cost of the refund. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the delivered product is of the highest quality and meets the customer’s expectations. Failure to do so will result in the seller accepting responsibility for the refund, including any shipping or handling fees associated with the return of the product. Moreover, a refund administration fee of 5% plus 2 AED will apply.
This refund policy aligns with consumer protection laws and regulations, aiming to ensure fair treatment of customers and their receipt of products in the condition as advertised, meeting their expectations. It also ensures that customers can receive a timely and equitable refund if their expectations are not met. The seller is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchases.
Withdrawal provision
Sellers shall possess the entitlement to initiate a request for withdrawal from their account subsequent to a period of no less than 15 days from the date of sale.
In order to obtain automatic approval for withdrawal requests, it is required that sellers maintain a minimum balance of 500 AED in their account. In the event that the seller’s balance descends below the threshold of 500 AED, they shall be obliged to submit a withdrawal request for manual approval.
Delivery fee
Sellers shall assume responsibility for their share of the delivery cost, which shall be apportioned between the seller and the buyer. The precise fee payable by the seller is contingent upon the value of the order. In the case of orders falling within the range of 100 AED to 500 AED, the seller shall remit a fee of 5 AED. For orders totaling 501 AED and beyond, the seller shall remit a fee of 10 AED. Orders below 100 AED shall be exempt from any fees.
